As commercial director since 1990, James brings our strategic growth ambitions to life, setting and exceeding our business targets and directly managing many of our largest customers. Alongside his responsibilities for new business, key account management, the Customer Services Team and R&D lab, he is a member of the board and co-leads our business. James also expertly sources high quality bulk raw materials from global partners.
