Mel manages our factory operations, supporting our experienced manufacturing team by ensuring the highest standards of quality, training and safety. He creates and oversees production schedules, deciding what resources we need and when, working closely with the sales office to ensure our customers’ pure sugars are delivered to specification, on time and in full.
